Refund & Cancellation

At Zeequence, every project is carefully planned and customized for each client. Because of the nature of our work, all cancellations and refunds follow the guidelines below to ensure fairness and clarity for both sides.

1. General Policy

Most of our work involves custom strategies, systems, and setups created specifically for each client. For this reason, payments made for services are generally non-refundable once any work has begun.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before we start any planning or internal work, we may accept the cancellation after reviewing the situation. Once we start research, setup, or strategy work, the project is considered active and no longer eligible for cancellation.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once project work has begun  including early research, workflow structuring, or any form of development  the project becomes non-refundable. If you decide to discontinue midway, you may still receive whatever has been completed up to that point.

4. Monthly or Ongoing Services

For monthly retainers or ongoing services, cancellations apply from the next billing cycle. Payments already made for the current cycle cannot be refunded. You must inform us prior to the next cycle to stop renewal.

5. Delays or Lack of Client Response

We cannot issue refunds if project delays occur because of missing information, slow responses, unclear requirements, or changes of direction from the client side. Timely communication is necessary for smooth project delivery.

6. Service Termination by Zeequence

We may discontinue service if a client violates our terms, engages in abusive or unethical behavior, misuses our systems, or fails to make payments. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
