Introduction

Most small businesses know they need to be consistent on social media — but they don’t have the time, team, or system to keep up. For this pilot project, we wanted to prove something simple:
That a complete content cycle, from idea to posting, could be executed in-house using our AI-powered systems, without the chaos of outsourcing or wasting time on strategy.

Workflow

We created a full 15-day content plan tailored to Instagram and LinkedIn. AI tools were used to generate content ideas, write on-brand captions, and guide visuals.

  • AI-generated ideas and caption sets.

  • Design direction aligned with brand tone.

  • Manual scheduling to monitor and tweak performance.

All backed by a process that’s scalable and repeatable with 100% success rate..

Measure

The posts were tracked across 15 days to understand what worked best.

  • Average Reach per Post: 1,110.

  • Most Saved Post: 71 saves.

  • Top Format: Quotes + Carousels.

  • Takeaway: Simplicity + value drives attention.

Results showed that quote-based and save-worthy content performed the highest in reach and engagement.

Conclution

This pilot showed us and our clients that social media doesn’t need to be overwhelming. With the right system in place, content can be clear, on brand, and consistent without constant supervision or hiring extra help.
